The free trial

Every paid plan (Pro and Enterprise) includes a 30-day free trial. What that actually means:

• When you click Start 30-day free trial, we do ask for your card (because Stripe's checkout requires it), but we do not charge it until day 31.
• You have full access to the paid-plan features for the whole 30 days — clients, team seats, agents, integrations, everything.
• On day 31 at ~00:00 UTC, Stripe automatically converts the trial to a paid subscription at the plan's published price ($49/mo for Pro, $149/mo for Enterprise).
• If you cancel at any point before day 31, no charge is made, ever.

How plans compare

• Starter ($0/mo) — 2 clients, 1 team member, 25 AI chats/month, 3 alert rules. Great for trying out PRplus or for solo practitioners.
• Pro ($49/mo) — 10 clients, 5 team members, 500 AI chats/month, custom agents, integrations, full reports, PDF/CSV exports.
• Enterprise ($149/mo) — unlimited clients, team, AI chats. Public API, priority support, BYOK Anthropic key, SSO.

AI credits — what are they?

Every AI call (pitch generation, agent chat, report) costs a small amount of real money (pennies per call). We cap your monthly exposure with an AI credit budget:

• Starter: $5/month
• Pro: $50/month
• Enterprise: unlimited (or use your own Anthropic key)

Track usage in real time in the top-nav pill or at Settings → Usage. At 80% we send a heads-up email; at 100% pitch/agent calls pause until the next billing period.

Running out mid-month — credit packs

Out of monthly credits but need to finish a project? Buy a pay-as-you-go credit pack from Settings → Billing:

• Small — $20 for $18 of AI credits
• Medium — $50 for $48 of AI credits
• Large — $200 for $200 of AI credits

Credit packs stack on top of your monthly allowance and never expire. They kick in automatically once the monthly budget is exhausted.

Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling

All of this lives at Settings → Billing:

• Upgrade — instant. Prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle.
• Downgrade — takes effect at the next billing cycle. You keep paid-plan features until then.
• Cancel — takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export data; after 30 days, content is deleted.

Invoices + receipts

Every charge triggers an automatic Stripe invoice emailed to the billing contact. You can update the billing email or download any past invoice from the billing page.

Refunds

We handle refunds case by case. If something went wrong — a charge you didn't intend, a feature that didn't work as promised — email billing@prplus.ioand we'll make it right.
